Health, Safety and Environment Policy

RPS Engineering Services acknowledges its responsibility for protecting and promoting the safety and well being of our employees, our contractors, and the environment within which we operate. We believe that excellence and continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental performance are in the best interest of all of our stakeholders and fundamental for successful operation of our business.

RPS Engineering Services expects all employees and subcontractors to actively support this policy.

  • We will aim for a safe and reliable operation through proactive identification and management of hazards and risks that could compromise the health and safety of workers, or the environment.
  • We will have aware, trained and committed workforce through effective two-way communication, provision of appropriate training and recognition of employee commitments to their safety and environmental obligations
  • We will meet all legal and other standards for environment, health and safety performances as the minimum expectation.
  • We will learn from best practices applied elsewhere and make an effort to incorporate good international industry specific practices into our programmes, practices and procedures.
  • We will provide the necessary resources for setting and maintaining highest standards reasonably practical
  • We will audit our operations and business practices at regular intervals to assess Environment, Health and Safety performance and compliance.

RPS Engineering Services Ltd will ensure that this policy is intended to be “living documents” and its objectives are understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the organization.

Our crews are always continuously assessed on their knowledge of and understand the inherent dangers in their job, and thus exercise the highest degree of caution with regards to adherence to safety regulations. They are also given regular training on international HSE policy and practices. They continuously receive training in all aspects of safety, including rescue recovery and fall safety through regular briefings held to ensure that safety remains in the forefront of their daily pre-approved routine.
